Sojourn of Sirens

Cold Springs, Hard Rock and the End of Avoiding

Walk the Land, Find Connection

In 2026 we explored Sacred Springs & Ancient Earth. In 2027 we'll go deeper into the friction. Our focus shifts, because water isn't just for washing - it's for waking up. And the earth isn't just for standing on - it's for finding your footing when things get heavy.

Cold Springs, Hard Rock and the End of Avoiding 2027.

Sojourn of Sirens

September 10 – 17, 2027 | Glastonbury & Tintagel, UK

There is a version of "inner work" that asks you to look away from the world—to ignore the grit of reality in favor of a "high vibration."

This is not that.

The Sojourn of Sirens is an invitation to the explorers who prefer the path to the pedestal. We return to the rugged edges of the Atlantic and the deep wells of Avalon because true transformation doesn't happen in a sterile studio; it happens when we are brave enough to stand in the wind, get our boots in the mud, and look at the ancient parts of the world—and ourselves—with clear eyes.

This is a high-facilitation journey designed for those ready to trade "spiritual avoidance" for honest movement.

The Journey & Facilitation

We stay where the history is.

This is not a tour; it is an excavation. Through daily rituals, meditations, sharing circles, and physical movement, we use the land as our mirror.

Why the "Sojourn of Sirens" Matters:

In a culture obsessed with "fixing" ourselves, Avalon offers a different perspective: you don't need to be fixed; you need to be found. By stripping away the fluff of modern spirituality and standing on the cliffs, amongst the ruins or in the White Spring Temple, we find the parts of us that cannot be broken.

Join the Waiting List

The 2026 journey is currently underway. To be the first to receive the 2027 itinerary and secure one of the limited "Local Access" slots before they open to the public, join the list below.

Who this Sojourn is for:

  • The Seekers who wish to experience a unique, niche journey with animistic guidance. This is not just a vacation; it’s a transformative excavation and a sojourn you make for your deepest self.

  • The Brave who feel there are deeper layers to unravel and are finally ready to face their own shadows in the light of the ancient world.

  • The Truth-Tellers who wish to break free from the shackles that hold them back—those ready to release stored rage, shame, grief, and pain within the safety of a grounded, conscious group.

  • The Longing who yearn for a deeper, more authentic connection with other humans, moving past the surface-level noise of modern life.

  • The Earth-Bound who crave a visceral, physical connection to the soil and the old, old stories of the land.

  • The Overburdened who need time away from every external demand to finally focus on their own internal landscape.

  • The Rooted who recognize the vital need for ritual, practice, and a community of peers who are equally committed to the work.

The Framework for the Sojourn of Sirens: We're currently working on the  program. Changes might be made in accord with the weather and development of the journey.

  • Day 1 Arrival & Mists of Avalon Pick up from Bristol Airport. We'll travel to Glastonbury and will settle for the day. Facillitator provides dinner.

  • Day 2 The Heart of Glastonbury In the morning we'll open the day by walking up to the Tor. In the Afternoon we'll visit the Chalice Well Gardens and have a private White Spring session to close of the day.

  • Day 3 The Grave and the Grail In the morning we'll visit Glastonbury Abbey where we'll discover more about the tombs of King Arthur and Guinevere. In the afternoon you are free to the visit the shops or Bride's Mount - the ancient gateway to the Western Sea.

  • Day 4 Into the Wild On Day 4 we will travel from Somerset to Cornwall (this journey takes approximately 3 hours). We'll have a stop at the Wistman's Wood, an ancient stunted oak woodland. We'll arrive at our next accomodation and will settle for the day.

  • Day 6 The Sacred Waters of the Glen We'll visit beautiful St. Nectans Glen, travel through the deep woodlands to arrive at the legendary site where knights supposedly came to be blessed. If time allows we will also visit the Rocky Valley Labyrinths. Our final dinner will be on this day.

  • Day 7 Final Reflections & Departure Closing circle close to the sea and departure to Bristol Airport.

This is an active Sojourn, there will be a lot of walking, hiking and exploring.

What should you bring:

Clothing:

  • The Shell: Bring a highquality shell jacket, water-resistant isn't enough. September can be misty/heavy rain.
  • Mid Layer: It will be somewhere between 13°C - 18°C, lightweight wool layers that are easy to take off.
  • Trousers: Avoid heavy jeans, take clothes that won't remain wet forever once that happens.
  • Footwear: Sturdy, waterproof hiking boots with good ankle support and aggressive grip. Muddy paths and slate steps can be treacherously slippery when damp.

For the Mind & Soul:

  • Sitting Pad: A small insulated pad (reinsdyr skin or foam) for sitting on cold stones/moss during meditation
  • Small waterbottles: If you'd like to fill up your bottles with water from the Red & White Spring.
  • Offerings: Many bring small, biodegradable offerings (dried flower petals, birdseed) to leave at the "Clootie trees" in St. Nectans Glen. Please refrain from plastic, non native crystals or material that can trap animal/plant life)
  • Journal & Pen: To capture reflections during your Sojourn
  • A Personal Object: something you wish to carry with you during your stay

Practical Gear:

  • Daypack: 20-30 liters for daily excursions. Keep a raincover too!
  • A hood: The winds can be aggressive, so an umbrella will definitely flip. Keep a hoodie or hat with you for cover.
  • A dry back: A small dry bag to keep your journal, electronics and important items safe during a sudden downpour.
  • Water Bottle: At least 1 liter
  • Sun Protection: Sunglasses and sunscreen. Yes, also outside of Summer season!
  • UK Power Adapter: The UK uses Type G (3 pin) plugs!

Extras:

  • Swimming Wear: Maybe you'd like to take a little dip in the White Spring or at St. Nectans Glen.
  • Evening Wear: Bring something you feel nice in for the last day.
